All villas have private pools and a unique panoramic view, the sea, the Messinian Gulf and Taygetos. The closest beaches just 1.5 km from the villas is the beach of Stoupa and the Nun, famous for its golden sand and calm, clear waters.
The area is of particular beauty, traditional villages, Byzantine churches and bushes of the place. It is a place where one can calm away from everyday stresses or entertain in thoughtful taverns with local delicacies and romantic bars.
The villa is 140sqm each and can accommodate up to 7 persons respectively.
-The main room of each house (100sqm) comprises two bedrooms with bathrooms, living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi), music, movies, books.
The kitchen, fully equipped, is integral to the living and dining room and includes a stove with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, all fitted.
Also, each house has a washing machine.

Each villa has a private swimming pool 30sqm with hydromassage facilities, private parking, garden with flowers, trees and shrubs in the area.
The villas have safes and cots. Clean sheets, towels, pool towels, cleaning the house (2 times a week) and charge electricity are included.
Both villas have central air conditioning (cooling-heating)
The villas are open all year and are also available for long term let.
